International Customer Service Executive (Email & Chat Process)

Position Overview:

Ravel Virtual Assistants Private Limited is actively seeking skilled Customer Service Executives to join our team. This role focuses on providing top-tier support to international customers via email and chat, with occasional voice support as needed. As the front line for our partner, Seerstone Holding Company, and its global brands—Try Nova Hair, Try Roachbane, and Doodle Dash Pleshy—you will be essential in delivering exceptional customer experiences across diverse platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Email and Chat Support: Deliver prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via email and chat. Ensure clear, concise, and accurate communication to resolve issues efficiently and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Voice Support (As Needed): Provide voice support when required, ensuring consistent service quality across all communication channels
International Customer Service: Understand and address the unique needs of a global customer base, ensuring culturally sensitive and appropriate interactions.
Problem Resolution: Apply critical thinking to diagnose and resolve customer issues. Escalate complex cases to senior support or other departments as necessary.
Documentation: Accurately record all customer interactions and issues in the CRM system to maintain detailed and organized records.
Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date on the features, benefits, and policies of the brands you support to offer informed guidance and support to customers.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members and cross-functional departments to enhance service delivery and share best practices for handling international inquiries.

*its temporary work from home may need to report to office  in 2 months after joinig
