Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties 
 
1.Overall responsible for the lead conversion into retail sales 
2.Selling our subscription products to the targeted population – B2B and B2C 
3.Generate the leads through reference and cold calls 
4.Onboarding new retail clients 
5.Targeted for the recurring revenue from the retail client  
6.Ensuring a unique approach to pitching the product that drives successful conversions. 
7.Proactively handle any objections or issues that arise during the conversion process to facilitate a 
smooth transition. 
8.Providing a detailed explanation of the subscription package, highlighting’s its advantage. 
Whom do we look for? 
 
1.Effective data management skills to handle a follow- ups efficiently for recurring revenue from the 
retail client 
2.Experience working collaboratively with other teams to address the retail client needs and improve 
the recurring revenue and onboarding new retail client.  
3.Demonstrate strong abilities in both verbal communication and active listening.    
4.Mandatory fluency in English and Hindi. Knowledge of any south Indian Language is considered as an 
added advantage.  
5.Being an individual role player. 
6.Willingness to work varying days and shifts as required.
