Designation: Project Coordinator
Work Location: Wagholi, Kharadi (Pune)
Overview:
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting project managers in
planning and executing projects. Your role involves coordinating project activities,
communicating with team members, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. The ideal
candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills, and
the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate project activities and ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget
• Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules
• Collaborate with team members to identify and address project issues
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to project managers and stakeholders
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and meeting minutes
• Communicate project progress, status, and issues to team members, stakeholders, and management
• Assist in the preparation of project reports, including status reports, risk assessments, and budget reports
• Support project managers in identifying and managing project risks
• Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minutes
• Assist in the development of project budgets and track expenses
Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
