Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process for new sellers on the Flipkart platform
- Conduct training and development programs to improve seller performance and satisfaction
- Act as a strategic partner to sellers, offering guidance on HR-related issues
- Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts between sellers and Flipkart
- Monitor seller performance metrics and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sellers in achieving their business goals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR trends and best practices in e-commerce industry
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance seller experience.
