Job Description
- Source and recruit candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct phone interviews to screen potential candidates and assess their fit for the role
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and objectives
- Conduct reference checks and background checks on potential candidates
- Make job offers and negotiate terms of employment with candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
