Job Description
- Act as a key point of contact for recruitment-related activities at Flipkart
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various positions within the organization
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders and candidates
- Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure data accuracy
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other networking opportunities
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment progress
