- Manage and maintain infrastructure, servers, networking equipment, and systems
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security
- Ensure data backups and disaster recovery plans are in place
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect company data
- Provide technical support and assistance to end users
- Assist in planning, testing, and implementing system upgrades and enhancements
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures
- Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to resolve issues
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in system administration.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for desktop/laptop computers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components.
Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues promptly.
Set up new computers and software for users.
Maintain inventory of hardware and software licenses.
Collaborate with IT team members to ensure smooth operation of the IT infrastructure.
Document technical procedures and user guides.
Mentor junior support staff.
In-depth knowledge of Azure AD and Microsoft 365
Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems
Strong networking skills, including switches, routing, and firewall management
Experience in asset management
Expertise in laptop, hardware, and desktop troubleshooting
