Job Description
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting activities for various positions within Flipkart seller team
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and make recommendations
- Create engaging job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct reference and background checks on potential hires
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruiting
- Assist with onboarding new employees and facilitate a smooth transition into the company
