Job Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international customers
- Respond to inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and technical issues
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to facilitate international business operations
- Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and suggestions for improvement
- Work closely with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products
- Must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus
