Opening for Executive / Sr. Executive - Recruitment

Location- Andheri east

Qualification – Graduate , Diploma in HR

Experience – 1/3 yrs in Non IT Recruitment

Roles and Responsibilities

 Identify and source potential candidates using various methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking).

 Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidate

 Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from application to offer.

 Assist in creating job descriptions and defining recruitment strategies.

 Negotiate offer terms when necessary and ensure candidates understand all aspects of the offer.

 Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.

 Good exposure to MS Excel
