Job Description
- Responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for Autoplant customers
- Install, maintain, and repair Autoplant equipment and machinery
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance checks on Autoplant systems
- Train customers on proper operation and maintenance of Autoplant products
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand and resolve their technical issues
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to provide solution-based recommendations
- Keep accurate records of service activities, including maintenance logs and service reports
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Autoplant technologies and products
- Must be willing to travel to customer sites as needed
- Willing to work flexible hours and handle on-call duties when necessary.
