**Job Description:**

As an Associate Architect – NodeJS, you will:
- **Lead Design Efforts:** Collaborate with the team to design Web APIs, ensuring system performance and scalability.
- **Code Review & Quality:** Ensure the first-time quality of code by reviewing team members' contributions.
- **Client Communication:** Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
- **Technical Strategy:** Work with key management members to define and drive technical strategies.
- **Debugging & Troubleshooting:** Identify and resolve issues such as memory leaks, optimizing performance, and maintaining functionality.
- **Development Lifecycle:** Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, from brainstorming and planning to coding and release.
- **DevOps Involvement:** Contribute to DevOps and deployment activities.

 **Duties & Responsibilities:**
- Take on an Associate Architect role, designing systems and ensuring the team adheres to best practices.
- Collaborate in a team environment, working closely with customers and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain highly scalable, high-throughput services with sub-second response times.
- Participate in troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining core software and databases.
- Lead technology initiatives, following design patterns and object-oriented concepts.
- Ensure compliance with performance-based designs, accessibility standards, and security measures.
