Business Development Manager at Recliners India About Recliners India
Recliners India is a dynamic and innovative player in the furniture and home theatre & cinema industry. We take pride in delivering high-quality products that redefine comfort and entertainment. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team and contribute to our expansion in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Identify potential clients, establish rapport, and nurture long-term business relationships.
  • Showcase in-depth knowledge of furniture and home theatre & cinema seats to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and promotions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the furniture & furnishing or home theatre & cinema industry, or similar industries such as Lifts, Elevators, Paints, Wooden, Interiors, Laminations, Bath Fittings/ Sanitary.
  • Closely worked with Architects, Interior Designers, Cinema Key Persons, etc.
  • Strong network of contacts and relationships in the relevant sector.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieve targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
  • Prior experience in field sales & institutional sales.
  • Complete understanding of B2B & B2C.
  • Proficiency in the local language is a must.
Education:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
  • Sales expertise with a consultative approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • CRM software knowledge is a plus.
  • Market research and analysis abilities.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Basic Mathematics (Calculations, Conversion, Percentages).
  • 1.5+ years of experience.
