Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for connecting with clients. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our services, and setting up appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Fameus Media’s services.
Call leads and close deals to help grow our client base.
Explain the features and benefits of our event management services.
Answer client queries and provide detailed information.
Set up appointments for the sales team with interested clients.
Maintain a database of potential clients and follow up regularly.
Achieve the call and appointment goals set by the company.
Provide feedback to the management team on client needs and preferences.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively..
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to call leads and successfully close deals.
