Account Executive Screening Questions

Job Description

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions using Tally ERP 9 and Tally Prime.
    • Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations.
    • Ensure timely entries of all financial transactions in the accounting system.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial statements.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Conduct periodic audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
  • Act as an office assistant, performing general administrative duties such as managing correspondence, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes when required.
  • Liaise with banks, vendors, and clients to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to financial transactions.
  • Provide support during audits and collaborate with external auditors as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding financial matters.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting and office administration.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP 9, Tally Prime, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
