- Provide support to international clients via phone, email, and live chat
- Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues related to the Jobillusplus platform
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding promptly to inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Stay informed on product updates and communicate changes to clients
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions
- Monitor client feedback and provide insights to the product development team
- Contribute to the development of support resources and training materials
- Work on special projects as needed to enhance the overall customer experience
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and resolutions

Location: Malad (West)

Qualification: 12 + 7 month experience.

(Graduate Fresher with all documents)

Salary: 15k to 40k In-Hand

Language: Excellent English

Shift: Rotational Shift timing. (24 x 7)

Off: 2 Off fix.
