• Identify and contact potential clients, establishing rapport and arranging meetings to introduce our accounting & bookkeeping services.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs specific to accounting.
• Increase the value of current clients while attracting new ones through tailored accounting solutions.
• Arrange and lead business meetings with prospective clients to showcase our services.
• Promote the company’s accounting services by addressing or predicting clients’ financial objectives and compliance needs.
• Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and legal guidelines.
• Maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other relevant financial data.
• Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, focusing on their accounting and financial service needs.
• Analyses the competitive landscape and industry trends to develop innovative business strategies aimed at revenue growth in the accounting sector.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or marketing.
• Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
• Strong English communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
