Job Description

Business process outsourcing (BPO) is the act of outsourcing some aspect of your business's operations to a third-party vendor or service provider. A BPO call center is a team of outsourced agents who handle incoming and outgoing customer calls for other businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Handling Customer Queries over call, text, and email
  • ready to work in rotational shifts.
  • Troubleshoot problems and drive resolutions.
  • Collect prompt and accurate customer feedback.
  • Master the use of help desk software.

Qualifications

-We hire Under-Graduate, Graduate and Post Graduate candidates.

-Only Experienced Candidates

-Must have Good Communication skills

-Must have decent knowledge to use computer systems.

Salary:- 15.4k (only experienced candidates)
