- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow within assigned unit
- Manage and motivate a team of employees to meet performance goals
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and quality of work
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with other department managers to streamline processes and achieve company objectives
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Serve as a point of contact for escalated customer inquiries or issues
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in the unit
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- 5+ years of supervisory experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
