The Analyst/ Sr. Analyst – Relativity hosting supports the operations by loading data to review database within Relativity, running of searches, creating fields, field mapping, creating KWE files and other tasks related to making data ready for review team

Principle Duties & Responsibilities               

Key Technical Duties:

• Preparing load files, text, and native files as necessary for review in various platforms

• Creating fields and KWE files

• Field mapping

• Running searches

• Text indexing

• Running overlays

• All Relativity admin tasks (event handler, review workflow, STR, Analytics, tiffing, ocr, case dynamics etc.)

• Post load scripts, indexing, transform sets & domain parsing.

• Data export

• Productions

Other Responsibilities:

• Execute projects specific tasks in Relativity.

• Maintain a high sense of urgency while working on multiple projects.

• Able to scope current work and estimate timelines; follow priorities.

• Perform quality control checks on self and for peers to ensure high quality deliverables.

• Troubleshoot the queries and ensure timely escalation to reporting managers/ project managers.

• Open to work in US day shifts (any time zone)

Skills:

• Qualification/ Skills
• Graduate with a computer background or diploma in computers
• Minimum 2 years in eDiscovery industry and at least 6 months in a similar role
• Proficiency in Relativity is must.
• SQL background is a plus
• Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills and resourcefulness.
• Good communication skills – written and verbal.
• Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
• Willing to adapt quickly to a rapidly changing environment.
