This role is crucial in driving DreamDen.ai’s growth by forging strategic alliances and partnerships with key players in the home interior products and services industry across the USA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing successful tie-ups and collaborations within the home interior sector.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager at Synergy Labs in Panipat. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing customer data, retaining customers, building relationships, and providing exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.

- *Strategic Thinking:* Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute partnership initiatives that drive business growth.

- *Results-Driven:* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding partnership and revenue targets.

- *Education:* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
