We are hiring for Recruiter for Entry Level and Experienced.

- Source and recruit candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels
- Screen and interview potential candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems
- Coordinate interviews, job offers, and onboarding processes
- Attend job fairs and networking events to promote the company and attract top talent
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding recruitment and hiring
- Stay current on best practices and trends in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Contribute to the overall success of the HR team and company by meeting recruitment goals.

Salary: 

• Entry Level: 20k
• Experienced: 4 LPA
