Job Description

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
- Coordinate and conduct recruitment and selection processes.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Administer employee compensation and benefits.
- Conduct performance management and improvement systems.
