Position: Senior Java Developer (12+ Years of Experience)*  
*Location:* REMOTE
*Employment Type:* Dual Contractual Job

*Key Responsibilities:*  
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using Java.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
- Work with front-end developers using React or support back-end integration using Python.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.

- Ensure code quality through peer reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration practices.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and implement them when appropriate.

*Key Requirements:*  
- *12+ years of experience* in Java development.
- Strong knowledge of Java frameworks like Spring, hibernate, etc.
- Experience in building user interfaces using *React* or integrating back-end systems using *Python*.
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) if working with React.
- Proficient in writing RESTful APIs.
- Familiar with microservices architecture and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.

*Preferred Skills:*  
- Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
