Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team in a non-voice capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through written communication channels, providing information, addressing inquiries, and ultimately driving sales.
Responsibilities:
Email Proposals to the target audience
Lead Generation
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about services through written communication channels (emails, chats, messaging platforms).
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the customer experience.
Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
