Job Description
Job Responsibilities:-
Responsible for agreed sales / income targets
To lead on implementation, reporting and reviewing of the strategic and operational sales & marketing plans to drive sales and revenue
To lead on developing marketing activities for all channels including digital to meet organizational aims with cohesiveness and creativity
To line and project manage the sales & marketing team and wider working groups to fulfil objectives
Working closely with the team, ensure learning is integrated into sales & marketing strategy and practice
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concern
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better result
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams Represent company at trade shows, associations and meetings to promote products and programs.
Identify customer needs, develop collateral and determine product pricing and discount rates.
Provide support for growing international sales efforts.
Plan and execute annual sales meeting.
Develop and implement facility sales and marketing strategy.
