Description:
Erekrut is offering an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team.This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in the field of talent acquisition, offering a unique chance to learn and grow within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The selected intern will work closely with our HR professionals, gaining insights into the end- to-end recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and
professional networks, to identify and attract potential candidates.
2. Screening and Shortlisting: Assist in reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings,
and shortlisting candidates based on predefined criteria.
3. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and
hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
4. Candidate Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide
updates on their application status and gather necessary information.
5. Greet and Meet Events: Attend "Greet and Meet" events, fostering a positive
experience and providing an opportunity to interact with the company culture.
6. Virtual Round Table Discussions: Facilitate and participate in virtual round table
discussions.
7. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and
emerging recruitment technologies to contribute innovative ideas.
Requirements:
ï‚· Bachelor's/Master’s degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in
human resource management or related field. (1& 2 year students can also apply) (B.COM/BBA)
ï‚· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
ï‚· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
ï‚· Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
ï‚· Good time management skills.
ï‚· Ability to work independently.
