Key Responsibilities:
 Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top
talent. This includes job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
 Candidate Management: Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future
hiring needs. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and keep
them engaged with our employer brand.
 Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing
needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
 Compliance: Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
throughout the recruitment process.
 Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per
hire, and source of hire.
Qualifications and Skills:
 Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
related field.
 Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a
corporate environment. Freshers can also apply.
 Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build
relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. And should be fluent in
English.
 Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Excel and basic computer knowledge.
 Problem-Solving: Creative and strategic thinking skills to identify the best
candidates and solve recruitment challenges.
