Job Description
- Design, install, configure, and maintain hardware systems and networking infrastructure
- Troubleshoot hardware and network issues to ensure optimal performance and uptime
- Collaborate with other IT teams to implement and support new technologies
- Monitor network performance and security to proactively identify and address vulnerabilities
- Provide technical support to end users and assist with training on hardware and network systems
- Maintain accurate documentation of hardware and networking configurations
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve hardware and networking systems
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and emergencies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certification in networking (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) is a plus
