We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior RPA Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Blue Prism and a proven track record of successful end-to-end RPA implementations. If you are passionate about automation and possess a solid understanding of programming, APIs, and databases, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Blue Prism.
Perform end-to-end RPA project lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define RPA value propositions.
Develop and configure automation processes to meet business requirements.
Maintain and troubleshoot existing RPA solutions, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Integrate RPA solutions with other systems and applications, including mainframe applications.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior RPA developers.
Document RPA solutions and processes for future reference and maintenance.
Technical Skills and Experience:
Minimum 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Blue Prism.
Proficient in basic programming languages (e.g., C#, .NET, Java, Python).
Strong experience with APIs and database management.
Familiarity with OCR tools and their integration with RPA solutions is a plus.
Experience with mainframe applications is desirable.
Proven experience in delivering end-to-end RPA implementations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
