Job Description
- Manage all aspects of the admissions process for Quantean, including reviewing applications, interviewing candidates, and making admissions decisions
- Collaborate with various departments within the organization to ensure a smooth admissions process for prospective students
- Serve as the main point of contact for potential students and their families, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified applicants
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in admissions to continually improve processes
- Utilize data and analytics to track and analyze admissions trends and make data-driven decisions
- Participate in recruitment events, both on and off campus, to promote Quantean and attract potential students
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all applicants and admissions decisions
- Provide support and guidance to students throughout the admissions process to ensure a positive experience
- Uphold Quantean’s values and mission in all interactions and decisions related to admissions.
