1. Patient Reception and Registration:
• Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Register new patients and update existing patient demographics in the system.
2. Appointment Scheduling:
• Schedule patient appointments efficiently, considering physician availability and treatment room schedules.
• Confirm appointments and send reminders to patients via phone, email, or SMS.
3. Patient Communication:
• Answer phone calls promptly and direct them appropriately.
• Respond to patient inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex matters to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with patients regarding appointment changes, test results, and follow-up care instructions.
4. Administrative Support:
• Assist with medical records management, including filing, retrieval, and maintaining confidentiality.
• Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate with medical staff and other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
5.Billing and Invoicing:
• Generate invoices accurately and promptly for orders and deliveries.
• Ensure invoices are sent to customers in a timely manner.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and issues promptly.
6.Stock Management:
• Monitor stock levels and ensure adequate inventory at all times.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to replenish stock as needed.
7. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
