Job Description
We are hiring for Customer Care Executive
Education : Graduate Experience : 2+ Years in relevant field
Requirements and skills
• Proven work experience for blend process of Chat, Email and Calls.
• Fluent in answering in English on calls and on emails.
• Resolve customer complaints on Inbound Calls, Email, and Chat.
• The ability to use various MS office tools.
• The ability to stand for extended periods.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Responsibilities
• Handle customers query related to Product issue.
• Help customer to understand basic troubleshoot as per guidelines.
• Prepare and update report to Sr Executive/TL as and when needed.
• Handle product replacement of Dealer and Distributors and update status of the goods received.
