- Plan, organize and conduct training sessions for BPO agents
- Develop training materials and curriculum based on the company's needs
- Monitor and assess trainees' performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in BPO processes
- Collaborate with team leaders and managers to address training needs
- Assist in onboarding new BPO agents and conducting orientation sessions
- Conduct refresher training sessions for existing BPO agents
- Administer tests and evaluations to measure training effectiveness
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions and attendance
- Provide ongoing support to BPO agents to ensure continuous improvement in their skills
