- Provide academic advising and counseling to students to achieve their academic and career goals
- Assist students in course selection and registration processes
- Evaluate students' academic progress and develop academic success plans
- Provide students with information on academic programs, requirements, and resources
- Offer guidance on study skills, time management, and test-taking strategies
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to support student success and retention
- Implement and coordinate academic support programs and workshops
- Stay current on academic policies, procedures, and resources to provide accurate information to students
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance counseling skills and knowledge.
