 We are hiring for Business Development Professional (Marketing Industry Only)

Responsibilities:

- Identify business opportunities by generating leads and building strong relationships with clients to drive company growth.
- Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions through effective presentations.
- Conduct thorough market research and analyze new trends relevant to the company's objectives.
- Attend networking events to source potential clients, pitch company products or services, and enhance brand visibility.
- Comprehend and align with the company's vision and mission.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of products to create compelling demos and advance the sales cycle.
- Gather and understand client requirements and feedback to improve offerings.
- Implement effective sales strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing teams, and report progress to senior management.
- Document sales contracts in compliance with legal requirements.
- Follow up on sales inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Mentor and train entry-level sales professionals, guiding them in managing Key Result Areas (KRAs).
- Track the performance of sales initiatives and business decisions to ensure target achievement.
- Manage administrative tasks, including updating data in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software like Salesforce and using email marketing tools.
- Identify company strengths and weaknesses to optimize performance.
- Allocate resources and budgets to sales and marketing departments effectively.

Qualifications:

- Proven 2-3 years of experience in business development within the marketing industry.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent market research and trend analysis capabilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and email marketing tools.
- Ability to mentor and train junior sales staff.
- Strong understanding of legal requirements related to sales contracts.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet targets within deadlines.
- Strong alignment with the company's vision and mission.
