- Conduct training programs for new and existing BPO employees
- Develop training materials and resources for BPO agents
- Monitor and assess the performance of BPO agents during training
- Provide feedback and coaching to BPO agents to improve their skills and performance
- Coordinate with management to identify training needs and performance gaps
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in BPO training
- Collaborate with other trainers and departments to ensure seamless training delivery
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions and agent progress
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new BPO agents
