*Job Description:*

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Field Service Management Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions. This role requires a professional who is adept at understanding client requirements and delivering tailored solutions to optimize field service operations.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Design, configure, and implement Dynamics 365 Field Service Management solutions.

- Customize and extend Dynamics 365 applications to meet specific business needs using Power Platform, .NET, and JavaScript.

- Provide end-to-end project management, including requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other Dynamics 365 modules (Customer Engagement, Finance and Operations, etc.).

- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to clients to ensure successful adoption of the solution.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and user guides.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 Field Service.

*Required Qualifications:*

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service Management.

- Strong understanding of field service processes and best practices.

- Proficiency in customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 Field Service applications.

- Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).

- Knowledge of integration techniques and tools such as Azure Logic Apps and Data Export Service.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

*Preferred Qualifications:*

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant Associate.

- Experience with additional Dynamics 365 modules such as Customer Engagement, Finance and Operations.

- Familiarity with related technologies like Azure, SQL Server, and common data service.

Resident security engineer.( Offshore/Hyderabad)

 Key Responsibilities:

1.    L1 Technical Support: Provide basic support to end-users and application teams for security tools, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

2.    Vendor Communication: Collaborate with vendors to acquire necessary updates, patches, and support for security tools.

3.    Alert Monitoring: Assist in monitoring security tool alerts and notifications, escalating potential issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.

4.    Tools Inventory: Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT security tools, including antivirus software, EDR, micro-segmentation, and other security solutions.

5.    Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile security tools inventory with active licenses and installations to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate asset management.

6.    Reporting: Generate reports on tool inventory, license status, and reconciliation results for management and compliance purposes.

7.    Documentation Management: Maintain organized records of reconciliation activities, updates, and communications with vendors.

Qualifications:
