Location - Sarigam, Gujarat
Job Description - We are looking for R&D incharge who've complete knowledge of development of compounds, formulations, additives and master-batches for fluoropolymers, thermoplastics and engineering polymers.
Responsibilities:
1. responsible for compound development work, innovation, testing documenting, quality approval/rejection.
2. To make QA guidelines and follow the approved QA work instructions.
3. To control of online product quality in the main lines.
4. To carry out the in-house calibration.
5. To maintain the record of all testings as per defined system.
6. Prepare work instructions for QA and production process.
7. Carry out visual inspections onsite and carry Audit for raw material, in-process material and finished material.
8. To resolve the complaints and corrective actions implemented accordingly.
9. Preparation of QA reports from quality assurance for all material.
10. The candidate must be a team player with excellent communication skills to the relevant function.
11. The candidate must have knowledge on operation of following lab testing machines: UTM, Hardness tester, MFI tester, Spectrophotometer, Jetmill, Oven, Compression molding, extrusion, SKIVING.
12. Experience from master batch company shall be given preference.
13. Knowledge of computer/good communication proficiency in English language will be preferred. 14. Knowledge of ISO/ASTM standard will be an advantage and preferred.
