Job Description
- Provide excellent customer service and support through phone, email, and chat
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues in a timely and professional manner
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings to effectively assist customers
- Assist in the development and improvement of customer support processes and procedures
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer support skills.
