Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.
• Schedule and conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as lubrication, cleaning, and parts replacement, to prevent breakdowns.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in machinery and equipment.
• Repair or replace faulty components to restore machines to optimal working condition.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify the root cause of malfunctions.
• Monitor machine performance and condition using various sensors, meters, and gauges.
• Keep detailed records of equipment performance, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered.
   

  Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, with experience in hydraulic power packs and pneumatic machines.
• Proficiency in arc welding, cutting, grinding, and machine modification.
• Familiarity with gearbox maintenance and repair.
• Ability to handle preventive and breakdown maintenance independently.
• Experience in handling machinery such as dough mixers, conveyor systems, and rotary equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to document maintenance activities.
   

  Preferred Additional Skills:

• Experience in maintenance planning and project management.
• Need atleast 5 years of experience.
• Familiarity with PLC systems and controls.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in an industrial environment.
