Job Description
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when dealing with customers
- Document all interactions with customers in the CRM system
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
