Job Description
We are hiring for Fleet Executive and Fleet Coordinator
- Oversee the management of a fleet of vehicles for emergency response operations
- Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of all vehicles to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor fuel consumption and coordinate with vendors for timely refueling
- Implement safety protocols and training for drivers to promote safe driving practices
- Track vehicle utilization and optimize routes for efficient operations
- Coordinate with dispatch team to ensure timely response to emergency calls
- Prepare and manage budgets for fleet operations and maintenance
- Collaborate with procurement team to purchase new vehicles and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify and address any maintenance issues
- Keep up-to-date records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and performance metrics.
