Job Description
- Collaborate with architects and other design professionals to develop innovative and functional designs
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings and models
- Conduct research on materials and construction techniques to ensure designs are cost-effective and sustainable
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of building codes and regulations to ensure designs comply with legal requirements
- Generate accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including specifications and blueprints
- Communicate effectively with project team members, clients, and contractors to ensure designs are implemented correctly
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural design to continuously improve skills and knowledge
- Problem-solve and troubleshoot design challenges to meet project deadlines and budget constraints.
