Job Responsibilities

• Maintain Profit and Loss, Cost of Goods Sold.
• Inventory Management.
• Manage and control Packaging Wastage in case of order cancellations.
• Conduct daily shelf-life checks for items like desserts and beverages for FIFO (First in First out) to ensure minimum wastage.
• Ensure basic hygiene is in place. Maintaining Restaurant Health Index.
• Instant Gasification combined cycle.
• Food Quality - Ensure Food preparation and execution have adhered to Recipe and Process SOP.
• Food Safety - Food Preparation and other related activities, from receiving to serving, are in compliance with food safety standard.
• Manage Staff - allocate day-to-day work to the staff.
• Maintain Daily wastage report.
• Extend Hands-on Support and guidance to fellow staff workers for a better work environment.

• Quick service restaurant (QSR) is a restaurant which offers certain food items that require minimal preparation time and are delivered through quick services.
• Typically, quick service restaurants or QSRs cater to fast food items over a limited menu as they can be cooked in lesser time with minimum possible variation.
