Job Description

Responsibilities**:**

  • Initiate telephonic conversations with candidates interested in Outscal’s programs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to provide customized and effective solutions
  • Coordinate pre- and post-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Must Haves:

  • Ability to work efficiently under high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Street-smart attitude, balancing hard work with smart strategies.

Good to have:

  • Familiarity with technical terminology.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive learning attitude and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Ability to explain complex products simply and effectively.
