- Oversee all aspects of civil construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Develop project plans and schedules, and track progress against milestones
- Manage project team members, delegate tasks, and provide direction and support
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress and address any issues that arise
- Collaborate with clients to address their needs and concerns throughout the project
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management
- Mentor and train junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge in civil construction industry
