- Responsible for accurately picking orders according to customer specifications
- Use hand-held scanners to locate and scan items in the warehouse
- Check product quality and report any damaged or missing items
- Ensure orders are picked in a timely manner to meet delivery deadlines
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while working in the warehouse
- Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes as needed
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and supervisors
- Willingness to cross-train in other warehouse duties as needed.
