Job Description
- Lead and oversee a team of SEO specialists in developing and implementing effective SEO strategies
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and keyword rankings to identify opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are being implemented
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and updates to search engine algorithms
- Conduct regular audits of websites to ensure compliance with SEO best practices
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members to help them grow and develop their skills
- Track and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of SEO campaigns
- Work closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives and tailor SEO strategies accordingly
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team to achieve client satisfaction and meet business objectives.
