Job Description
Job Summary:
As a Patient Caretaker Staff member, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care and support to our patients. Your responsibilities will include assisting patients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide assistance with personal care activities, including bathing, grooming, and feeding.
Assist patients with mobility and transportation within the facility.
Monitor patient health and report any changes to medical staff.
Ensure patients receive medications on time and as prescribed.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient rooms and common areas.
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
Follow all health and safety protocols and maintain patient confidentiality.
Diaper change, bedpan & Urinal Assistance.
Oral Medication, Bedridden Patient Care, Urine bag empty.
Following all health and safety regulations.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a caretaker or similar role preferred.
Empathy and compassion for patients.
Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient care procedures is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Working Conditions:
Need Polite And knowledgeable Staff there Are 2 shifts 12 hours & 24 Hours etc.
